These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Curly Tail Artisans website.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Curly Tail Artisans reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time the order is placed.
2. Products and Prices
All products are subject to availability.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, prices, and other information accurately on our website. However, minor differences may occur, particularly in the appearance of handmade products.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices and information at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. An order is accepted when we confirm that the products are available and can be fulfilled.
We accept payment by card, iDEAL | Wero, and direct bank transfer. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
For orders paid by direct bank transfer, we will process and ship the order after the payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if, for example, a product is unavailable or there is an obvious error in the product information or price.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship orders using PostNL.
We plan to gradually introduce additional shipping options and expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during the checkout process or otherwise communicated before you complete your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays by PostNL or other unforeseen events.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because the delivery information provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions under law.
The 14-day period normally begins on the day you, or a person you designate, receives the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us through our contact form within the applicable period. We will provide further instructions for returning the product.
Returned products should be sent back within the applicable period and should be in their original condition, taking into account any handling that was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
If a returned product meets the applicable requirements, we will refund the purchase price and applicable standard delivery costs in accordance with applicable law.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law. Any applicable exceptions will be explained before purchase.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through our contact form as soon as possible and provide details of the issue.
Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the order, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials, is owned by or used by Curly Tail Artisans with permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Product designs, artwork, and handmade creations may also be protected by intellectual property rights. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
8. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or free from errors at all times.
We may correct errors, update information, or make changes to our website and product offerings at any time.
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or free from technical issues. We are not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
