For orders placed between August 30 and 2:00 PM on September 3, 2026,
shipping will begin on Thursday, September 3, 2026.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on September 3 will be processed according to our standard shipping schedule.

We currently deliver orders within the Netherlands only.
We currently ship orders from the Netherlands using PostNL.
Orders are normally processed after payment has been received. Orders placed by 14:00 are processed for the next available shipping day. Our regular shipping days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. If you choose a carrier other than the delivery options we offer, the risk passes to you when the goods are handed to that carrier.
2. Cancellation / Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
If you wish to cancel your purchase under your right of withdrawal, please use the button below and contact us through our contact form. Please clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase and include your order number.
We will provide instructions for returning the item after receiving your request.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us through our contact form within the applicable period. We will provide instructions for the return.
The returned item should be in its original condition, taking into account any handling that was reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an item.

If the product is defective or does not match your order, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
All products are covered by your statutory consumer guarantee rights. We do not offer any additional commercial warranty unless explicitly stated for a specific product.
