The MUGEN MUSOU〖LEAD〗Silver Gray is a next-generation performance kendama designed for players who want to push their skills further.

The LEAD series combines technology, design, and craftsmanship to create a kendama that evolves alongside the player. Its innovative screw-lock mechanism helps reduce the risk of the ken and sarado separating during play, while allowing fine adjustment of the weight balance and ken tip length. Parts can also be interchanged between LEAD models.

The Silver Gray features a 4-hole base cup structure designed to reduce weight while optimizing balance and durability. The ken is shaped with an arched profile around the middle cup, helping reduce weight and providing useful finger contact for flips and juggling.

The contact surfaces between the tama and sarado are precisely adjusted to improve the fit between the two parts and produce a clear, crisp sound during play. The smooth matte grip coating provides controlled contact between the tama and ken.

The tama is made from ash, while the ken and sarado are made from maple. The tama has a diameter of 61.5 mm, and the ken has an overall length of 164 mm.

New Version:
This is the updated version of the MUGEN MUSOU〖LEAD〗Silver Gray. From January 16, 2026, the tama specifications were updated to meet the revised competition requirements. The tama hole diameter was increased to 24.5 mm, and the rounded finish around the hole was removed. The laser engraving on the sarado has also been discontinued in the updated version.
